BB88 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings whenever they appear. Understanding these definitions helps you read the rest of the document accurately.

To use BB88's betting and gaming services, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registrations and ongoing account use.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are registering for your own personal use only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had a BB88 account closed for fraud, abuse, or Terms violation.

One Account Per Person: BB88 permits one account per player. Duplicate accounts — meaning a second account opened by the same person, on the same device, from the same household, or linked by the same payment method — are not permitted. If BB88 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts beyond the first will be suspended. Any pending withdrawals or bonus balances in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Verification (KYC): BB88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This typically occurs at the point of first withdrawal or when a withdrawal exceeds Rs 50,000. Acceptable documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), and bank or mobile wallet statements. Accounts with unverified identity cannot process withdrawals beyond basic limits.

Account Information Updates: You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number and contact details current. BB88 uses your registered mobile number for verification codes, withdrawal confirmations, and important account notices. An out-of-date mobile number can delay your ability to access your account and complete withdrawals.

BB88 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions and no hidden exchange rate markups on transactions made through the platform.

Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account used for the most recent deposit. BB88 cannot send withdrawal funds to a different mobile wallet or bank account than the one used to deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering, and is applied uniformly to all players.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed manually by BB88's finance team during operating hours. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals clear within 30 minutes. Bank transfers typically clear within 2–4 hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of peak hours may take slightly longer but will always be processed within 24 hours of submission.

BB88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer on the Promotions page. The general conditions below apply to all BB88 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus (100% deposit match up to Rs 50,000) must be opted into before the qualifying deposit is made. Deposits made without opting in are not retroactively eligible for the bonus.
• Wagering requirements for sports bets are fulfilled by placing qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Accumulator bets where one or more legs void do not contribute toward wagering requirements on the void legs.
• Casino games contribute at the percentage rate stated in each bonus's specific terms. Poker typically contributes 25%, slots typically contribute 100%.
• BB88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings from any account where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any form of promotional manipulation is detected.
• No player may hold more than one active welcome bonus. Subsequent bonuses from other promotions may stack with real money balance but are tracked separately.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period.

These rules apply to all sports and cricket betting markets offered on BB88, including pre-match, live in-play, and outright tournament markets.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when BB88's system issues a bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that fail to receive a confirmation reference have not been accepted and no funds have been deducted. Do not assume a bet is placed without a confirmation receipt.

Bet Finality: All confirmed bets are final. BB88 does not cancel or amend bets at a player's request after they have been accepted, except in cases of technical error (see below). Players are responsible for checking their selections, stakes, and odds before confirming a bet.

Palpable Errors: If BB88 publishes odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds of 50.0 on a heavy favourite due to a data feed fault — BB88 reserves the right to void such bets regardless of whether they have been accepted. This is called a "palpable error" and applies only to cases of clearly incorrect odds, not simply odds that a player later considers unfavourable.

Cricket-Specific Rules:

• If a cricket match is abandoned without a result being declared under DLS or standard playing conditions, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets already settled during an abandoned match stand as settled and are not reversed.
• If a match is rescheduled, original pre-match bets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture unless the venue changes significantly, in which case bets may be voided at BB88's discretion.
• Player performance bets (top batsman, top bowler) are void if the named player does not take part in the match — for example due to injury or late team selection change.
• PSL and international cricket match results are confirmed according to the official result declared by the umpires and match officials. Any post-match inquiries or appeals do not affect settlement.

Accumulators: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg was not included. The total odds reduce accordingly. Accumulators are not voided unless all legs are voided.

The following rules govern all casino games (including live dealer games) and poker formats available on BB88.

Game Results: Results of all RNG-based games — including slots, virtual card games, and random number dependent outcomes — are determined by certified random number generators. These results are final and not subject to appeal. BB88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are determined by physical card dealing and dealer actions visible on the live video stream. Full session recordings are retained. Disputes about live game outcomes must be raised within 7 days and will be investigated using the recorded footage.

Poker: All poker games on BB88 follow standard hand rankings. The specific rules for each poker variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Casino Hold'em, 3-Card Poker) are available in the game lobby before play begins. In the event of a software disconnection during a poker hand, BB88's disconnection policy treats the player as having checked or folded depending on the action available — details are in the poker lobby rules.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed in the game interface before play. BB88 reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Any bets already placed at the time of a limit change are honoured at the original limits.

Game Malfunctions: Any technical malfunction that affects game play will result in the round being voided and stakes returned. BB88 is not obligated to pay any winnings generated during a round in which a malfunction occurred, even if the malfunction only affected display and not the underlying result.

Your BB88 account security is a shared responsibility between you and BB88. The platform's systems apply strong encryption, fraud monitoring, and two-factor authentication. The following obligations apply to you as the account holder.

• You must keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
• BB88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must notify BB88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals processed, until you notify BB88 of unauthorised access.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and available in your account security settings.

Shared Devices: If you use a shared device to access BB88, you must log out after every session. BB88 is not liable for losses resulting from your account being accessed from a device you have left logged in and available to others.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BB88. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Registering with false identity information, using another person's payment method, or impersonating another individual.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one BB88 account, whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason.
• Bonus abuse: Using software, systematic betting patterns, arbitrage, or coordinated group activity to exploit bonus terms beyond their intended purpose.
• Money laundering: Using BB88 to deposit, transfer, and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion in poker: Sharing hand information with other players at the same table, whether directly or through a third-party communication channel.
• Use of automated bots or scripts: Using software to place bets, play games, or interact with the BB88 platform automatically without manual input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting BB88 to resolve the underlying issue.

BB88 uses transaction monitoring, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analysis to detect prohibited conduct. Players found engaging in any of the above will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited without recourse.

BB88 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is entertaining, fair, and safe. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide the following tools to all players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you after a set number of hours playing on BB88. These are designed to encourage regular breaks and prevent prolonged unintentional sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a 24-hour, 48-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break from the platform. During a cool-off, your account is locked for betting and gaming. Deposits are blocked. The cool-off cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from BB88 at any time. Once processed, your account is permanently closed and cannot be reopened. Any remaining balance after bonus deductions is returned to your withdrawal method.

BB88 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account unilaterally if our monitoring systems detect patterns consistent with problem gambling — such as large rapid increases in stakes, session lengths outside normal ranges, or evidence of chasing losses. BB88 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

BB88 is not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from internet or mobile network connectivity issues on your end.
• Any losses resulting from delays in processing bets or game actions caused by technical issues outside BB88's control, including third-party data feed failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• The accuracy or availability of third-party sports data, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform.

BB88's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount of the stake directly involved in that incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits BB88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence — these types of liability cannot be contractually excluded.

BB88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on BB88, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary, BB88 collects your name, mobile number, CNIC number (when KYC is required), transaction history, betting history, and device/session information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with our anti-money laundering obligations, and provide customer support.

BB88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks) as required to process transactions, and with fraud detection services as part of our security operations.

BB88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, BB88 will notify registered players by the following methods:

• A notice displayed on the BB88 homepage for at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• A notification sent to your registered mobile number where the change materially affects your account or your rights as a player.

Your continued use of BB88 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your real money balance before the changes take effect by contacting BB88 support.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of BB88 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which BB88 operates.

Dispute Resolution: Before escalating any complaint to a formal dispute, you must first contact BB88 customer support and allow a reasonable period (14 days) for BB88 to investigate and respond. Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary or explanation, the English version takes precedence.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
